To keep our signature cookies at their peak, we provide a “best before” date on our products and recommend storing the cookies in a cool, dry place. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, simply return the unused portion to a Honolulu Cookie Company retail store with proof of purchase or email Customer Service with proof of purchase, a detailed description and photograph(s) of your dissatisfaction, and we will be happy to replace or exchange the product.
Merchandise products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of your purchase with a store sales receipt or honolulucookie.com packing slip. Simply pack and return the item(s) in their original unused condition and include proof of purchase to us.
